Laboratory & Logistics Information
Our logistics infrastructure is designed to ensure the stability of your research compounds from the moment they leave our facility until they reach your laboratory.
- Shipping & Fulfillment: All orders are dispatched via FedEx or UPS. We provide tracking information immediately upon fulfillment to allow for temperature-controlled receipt and immediate storage at -20°C.
- Operating Hours: Our technical support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST). We strive to respond to all technical and sales inquiries within 24 business hours.
